We talk with David Kloiber, running for Congress to take over Andy Barr's seat. He shared his "Common Sense for the Commonwealth" ideas, and how he is getting out and sharing those ideas with people in the district. We also discussed his time on city council, and how that experience is shaping his run for Congress.
